2021 Racing Season Underway!

Saturday 3 April saw the start of the 2021 season after a very long winter.

Three classes competed - cruisers, dinghies and Fowey Rivers. A lot of boats are still being prepared for their season and of course many owners are up country until restrictions are lifted - but it was an encouraging start. In particular the fleet of fifteen Fowey Rivers made a welcome sight in the river.

The sailors were treated to a fabulous sunny afternoon with a decent breeze. All that was missing was the chat in the club bars which will have to wait a little longer!
